AFFILIATE INFORMATION
AFFILIATE DISCLOSURE & EARNINGS DISCLAIMER
Last updated: 4 September 2026
1. Affiliate Relationships
Spiderweb System contains links to third-party programs, services, tools and opportunities. Some of these links may be affiliate or referral links.
This means Spiderweb System, a member, or another member within the relevant upline structure may receive a commission, referral credit, bonus or other benefit if you join, upgrade, purchase or otherwise take action through one of these links.
2. Upline Referral Links
Spiderweb System is designed to route participating program links through a member's sponsor or upline where the member has not yet connected their own link.
As a result, the affiliate or referral link you see may belong to:
- Your direct sponsor.
- Another eligible member higher in your upline.
- The main Spiderweb System account where an appropriate fallback is required.
This routing is part of the Spiderweb System platform and is intended to support the referral structure of participating programs.
3. No Additional Cost
Using an affiliate or referral link will normally not increase the price you pay for a third-party product, service or membership unless the third-party provider clearly states otherwise.
Any pricing, membership fees, upgrades, subscriptions or purchases are determined by the independent third-party provider.
4. Independent Third-Party Programs
Spiderweb System does not own or operate the independent third-party programs displayed through the platform unless expressly stated otherwise.
Each third-party provider controls its own:
- Products and services.
- Membership levels.
- Pricing.
- Affiliate or compensation plans.
- Terms and conditions.
- Commission payments.
- Account approvals or closures.
Spiderweb System cannot guarantee that a third-party program will remain available or continue operating under its current terms.
5. No Earnings Guarantee
Spiderweb System does not guarantee that you will earn money, commissions or affiliate income by joining Spiderweb System or any third-party program connected to it.
There is also no guarantee that you will generate leads, customers, traffic, referrals or any particular business result.
Joining Spiderweb System does not create an employment relationship, partnership, franchise or guaranteed income opportunity.
6. Results Will Vary
Online marketing and affiliate results vary significantly between individuals.
Your results may depend on factors including:
- The programs you choose to join.
- The amount of time and effort you invest.
- Your marketing methods.
- Your advertising budget.
- Your experience and skills.
- The quality of your promotional material.
- Market conditions and competition.
- Changes made by third-party platforms.
A result achieved by Spiderweb System, another member or another marketer should not be interpreted as a promise that you will achieve the same or similar result.
7. Earnings Examples
If Spiderweb System presents examples of commissions, traffic, referrals, sales or other marketing results, those examples are provided for information or illustration only unless clearly stated otherwise.
They should not be considered typical, guaranteed or promised results.
Where a member shares their own experience, that represents that individual's experience and does not necessarily represent what another person will achieve.
8. Member Promotions
Members may promote their own business, program, website or opportunity through the My Offer feature.
Spiderweb System does not guarantee the accuracy of claims made by members within their own promotional material.
Members are responsible for ensuring that their advertising, earnings statements, testimonials and affiliate disclosures comply with applicable laws and the rules of the platforms they use.
9. Your Responsibility
You should make your own independent assessment before joining, upgrading or purchasing from any third-party program or opportunity.
You should consider the costs, risks, terms and suitability of any program before committing money, time or resources.
You should not spend money that you cannot afford to lose based on an expectation of future affiliate income.
10. Affiliate Transparency
Spiderweb System believes affiliate relationships should be transparent.
Where links may generate a commission or referral benefit, users should assume that an affiliate relationship may exist unless clearly stated otherwise.
11. Changes to This Disclosure
This Affiliate Disclosure & Earnings Disclaimer may be updated as Spiderweb System adds new programs, features or promotional methods.
The latest version will be published on this page.
