1. About These Terms
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Spiderweb System and the website spiderwebsystem.uk.
By creating an account or continuing to use Spiderweb System, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with them, you should not use the service.

2. What Spiderweb System Provides
Spiderweb System is an online membership platform designed to connect members with selected marketing tools, traffic resources, affiliate programs and other online business opportunities.
The platform may allow members to:
- Create a Spiderweb System account.
- Receive and share a personal referral link.
- Connect selected third-party affiliate programs to their account.
- Benefit from upline referral routing where a participating program has not yet been personally connected.
- Promote a personal business, website, program or opportunity through the My Offer feature.
- View offers recommended by their sponsor.
- Access marketing information, tools, training or promotional resources made available through Spiderweb System.
3. Membership
Membership to Spiderweb System is currently free unless otherwise clearly stated.
You must provide a valid email address when registering and complete the email-verification process before your account becomes active.
You are responsible for keeping your account login details secure and for activity carried out through your account.
You must not create accounts using false, misleading or unauthorised information.
Spiderweb System may remove unverified registrations that remain pending for an extended period.
4. Referral and Sponsor Relationships
Spiderweb System uses a sponsor and upline structure to determine how participating program links may be displayed or routed.
Where you join Spiderweb System through another member's referral link, that member may become your direct sponsor within Spiderweb System.
Where you join without a referral link, Spiderweb System may assign the main Spiderweb System account as your default sponsor.
Sponsor relationships may be stored as part of your account and used by the platform to determine referral routing and program links.
Spiderweb System does not guarantee that a sponsor will provide training, support, income or any particular business result.
5. Third-Party Programs
Spiderweb System is independent from the third-party programs and services displayed or referred to through the platform unless expressly stated otherwise.
This includes, but is not limited to, traffic platforms, lead-generation services, affiliate programs, advertising services and other external opportunities.
Spiderweb System does not own, control or operate these independent third-party services.
Each third-party service has its own terms, pricing, membership levels, policies, compensation structure and eligibility requirements.
You are responsible for reviewing and accepting the terms of any external service before joining or purchasing from it.
Spiderweb System cannot guarantee that any third-party service will remain available, continue operating, maintain its current terms or continue participating in Spiderweb System.
6. Affiliate Links and Commissions
Some links displayed through Spiderweb System may be affiliate or referral links.
A member, sponsor or Spiderweb System itself may receive a commission, referral credit or other benefit when another person joins, upgrades or purchases through such a link.
The existence of an affiliate relationship does not increase the price paid by a user unless clearly stated by the third-party provider.
Members are responsible for complying with any disclosure requirements that apply to their own affiliate promotions.
7. Upline Program Routing
Where a member has not connected their own affiliate link for a participating program, Spiderweb System may search the member's upline to locate an eligible connected member.
If an eligible upline member is found, their affiliate or referral link may be displayed to the downstream member.
If no eligible upline member is available, the system may use a default Spiderweb System link where appropriate.
This routing system is a feature of Spiderweb System and does not create any guarantee of commission, referral placement, income or acceptance by a third-party program.
8. My Offer and Sponsor Offers
Spiderweb System may allow members to submit their own website, business, program or opportunity through the My Offer feature.
A submitted offer may then be displayed to that member's referrals or other users as determined by the platform.
Members are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality and content of offers they submit.
Spiderweb System does not automatically endorse, verify or guarantee every member-submitted offer.
We reserve the right to review, suspend, hide or remove any offer that we reasonably believe may:
- Be misleading or deceptive.
- Contain false income or earnings claims.
- Promote unlawful products or services.
- Contain harmful, fraudulent or malicious content.
- Violate the rights of another person or business.
- Damage the reputation or security of Spiderweb System or its members.
9. Prohibited Use
You must not use Spiderweb System to:
- Commit or encourage fraud or deception.
- Impersonate another person or organisation.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to another member's account.
- Upload, link to or distribute malicious software or harmful code.
- Promote illegal products, services or activities.
- Publish knowingly false or misleading earnings claims.
- Use automated tools to create large numbers of accounts or abuse platform features.
- Send spam or unsolicited communications in breach of applicable law or third-party platform rules.
- Attempt to manipulate referral relationships, tracking systems or affiliate routing.
- Interfere with the operation or security of Spiderweb System.
10. Earnings and Business Results
Spiderweb System does not guarantee that you will earn money, generate leads, gain customers or achieve any particular business result.
Any examples, case studies, marketing illustrations or member experiences should not be interpreted as a promise that you will achieve the same result.
Results depend on many factors including the programs you join, the effort you make, your marketing methods, market conditions, third-party services and your own skills and experience.
You are responsible for evaluating any business or financial opportunity before committing money, time or resources to it.
11. Payments to Third Parties
Spiderweb System may refer members to third-party services that offer free, paid or upgraded membership levels.
Unless clearly stated otherwise, payments made to such services are made directly between you and the third-party provider.
Spiderweb System is not responsible for billing, refunds, subscription changes, account closures or payment disputes between you and an independent third-party provider.
12. Availability of the Service
We aim to keep Spiderweb System available and functioning reliably, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
The service may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical faults, hosting issues, security measures, third-party failures or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Features may be added, changed, suspended or removed as Spiderweb System develops.
13. Account Suspension or Termination
Spiderweb System may suspend, restrict or terminate an account where we reasonably believe that:
- These Terms have been seriously or repeatedly breached.
- The account is being used fraudulently.
- The account presents a security risk.
- The member is abusing platform features.
- A submitted offer or activity could harm other members or the reputation of Spiderweb System.
- Suspension or termination is necessary to comply with law or protect the service.
Where reasonably appropriate, we may attempt to contact the member before taking action, although immediate action may be taken where security, fraud or serious abuse is involved.
14. Intellectual Property
The Spiderweb System name, branding, website design, software, content and original platform materials are owned by Spiderweb System or used with permission.
You may use your personal Spiderweb referral link and authorised promotional materials for legitimate promotion of the service.
You must not copy, reproduce, sell, misrepresent or commercially exploit Spiderweb System software, branding or content without permission.
15. External Links
Spiderweb System contains links to websites and services operated by independent third parties.
We are not responsible for the availability, security, accuracy, content or practices of those third-party websites.
Following an external link is at your own discretion and you should carry out your own checks before providing information or making a purchase.
16. Limitation of Responsibility
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
Subject to applicable law, Spiderweb System is not responsible for losses arising solely from:
- Your decision to join or purchase from an independent third-party program.
- The actions or failure of a third-party provider.
- Changes made by independent affiliate, advertising or marketing platforms.
- Loss of expected commissions or business opportunities.
- Member-submitted offers that Spiderweb System did not create or control.
- Unauthorised use of your account caused by your failure to protect your login credentials.
17. Changes to These Terms
Spiderweb System is an evolving platform and these Terms may be updated from time to time.
Where a change is significant, we may provide notice through the website, member dashboard or email where appropriate.
The current version of these Terms will always be available on this page.
18. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where applicable consumer law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
